Gazing out of my window
during the darkness of night
the stars dancing right before my eyes
I’m hoping that one would fall
so I may make a wish
my wish would be for you and I
to share a life of love and happiness
and as simple as that may sound
that would be my wish for us
as a falling star comes streaming toward the ground.
